Understand our seals

Each property gets one status seal for its building after Due Diligence. The performance seals are separate and can appear alongside any status — a property may carry both types.

Status · one per property Full Season

The green Investemporada safety seal. A property with potential, cleared for short-term rental and with permission recorded in the building minutes — the highest level of assurance.

Status · one per property Favorable Bldg.

Cleared to operate short-term rental — bylaws and rules don’t prevent it — but permission has not yet been formalized in the minutes.

Status · one per property Conventional Rental

The building doesn’t allow short-term rental, but the property is attractive for conventional letting or living, with good returns.

Status · one per property Under review

Documentation under review by our team. The final seal is issued after the analyst’s signed opinion.

Performance · with any status ★ Proven income

The property already operates short-term rental and its return is proven by a report made available to the buyer.

No property receives the Investemporada Trusted seal without valid documentation. The analysis combines AI reading of bylaws, minutes and rules with mandatory review by a human analyst, who signs the opinion.

Each document is archived with an integrity hash and date. The seal has an expiry and is revalidated at every new registered meeting — because authority requires being current.
